Box Style chicken egg incubator

This Box-Style chicken incubator setter contains four trolleys, with 32 trays for each trolley, and 150 eggs for each tray. Ordinarily, it is recommended that all the four trolleys are pushed in at one time.

All the four kinds of Control Systems can be used on this machine by customer's choice. But the price at last will be different. For customer's easier use and higher hatchability, touch control system is recommended for its good performance.

Three kinds of trolleys made of different materials can be chosen according to the customer's will. One is painted with anti-erosion lacquer, Hot-dip Galvanized parts constitute one with higher anti-erosion capacity, and another is made of stainless steel with the best performance.

This machine utilizes mechanical turning and automatic ventilation. Disc humidifier realizes humidification. Wind cooling is enough under most conditions, but additional water-cooling system can be installed for users in Torrid Zone . Customers can choose using water heating or electric heating according to their local condition. Accurate temperature and humidity sensors are used in the control system of this machine ensuring the control accuracy.

Tunnel Style chicken egg incubator

This tunnel chicken incubator contains twelve trolleys, with 180 trays for each trolley, and 42 eggs or 36 eggs for each tray. The total capacity is 90,720 or 77,760. Control Systems can be used on this machine according to customer's choice. For customer's easier use and higher hatchability, touch control system is recommended for its good performance.

There are two kinds of trolleys made of different materials can be chosen according to customer's will. The normal kind is Hot-dip Galvanized. It's anti-erosion capacity is much higher than Electro-galvanized material or lacquered material. For higher anti-erossion demand, customers can choose stainless steel trolleys. This machine utilizes pneumatic turning, automatic ventilation and air cooling. Humidification is realized by atomizing sprayer made in U.S. Customers can install water heating if their local condition allows. Customers in torrid zone can have water cooling system installed for the good performance of the machine. Accurate temperature and humidity sensors are used in the control system of this machine ensuring the control acuracy.

Water cooling system

This system is designed for customers in torrid zone, where the temperature is usually so high, even higher than the temperature in incubators. In this condition, exchanging air with the outside cannot cool high temperatured air inside. Installing this Water Cooling System can solve this problem. And the energy consumption is much lower than installing central-air conditioner.

Water heating system

The original heating system for both Tunnel Style incubators and Box Style incubators are electric heating. However, Water heating system for both kinds of incubators can be installed if needed by customers for the purpose of saving energy consumption. It can be used in areas where one kind of fuel such as coal is very cheap. Because energy expenditure can influence the cost of chicken considerably, we advise customers choose water-heating system if condition allows. Additional equipment such as boiler, pipes, valves and controller have to be purchased.

The incubation principle of duck, goose, and other fowls are similar to chicken. The incubator structure is differenct because of egg sizes. Length of incubatory period and temperature and humidty for incubation also differ. We can manufacture special models according to customer's order.
